The drug-free key to a better sex life

The amount of ink spent writing about men’s sexual health is enough to drown an elephant. Women’s sexual health, on the other hand, is still treated as taboo. It’s a shame, because women benefit just as much from a healthy sex life as men do. And women are faced with many of the same problems as men when it comes to libido as they age. So whenever I have an opportunity to tell you about ways for women to improve their sexual health — especially when it’s something totally risk-free and simple — I’m thrilled to share it.

That’s why I was so pleased to read about a recent study showing that something I recommend anyway can also help women better their sex lives.

The study, published in the journal Menopause, found that a good night’s sleep may be the key to a fulfilling sex life for middle-aged and older women.

According to the study, which analyzed data from almost 94,000 women, those who had trouble sleeping through the night reported that they were less sexually active.

It makes sense. After all, it’s hard to get in the mood when all you can think about is how exhausted you are. And it’s also yet another reason to take sleep seriously.

If you struggle with getting enough sleep, please don’t brush it off or just learn to live with it. Sexual health is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of the damage lack of sleep will cause. It’s so detrimental to health that I spent years researching it, and recently launched an in-depth, step-by-step protocol to help my patients get the sleep they need. I’m excited to be able to share my Perfect Sleep Protocol with you, too. You can learn more about it or enroll today by clicking here.
