Presto Pesto Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
2 large cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup estate-bottled extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Pinch of salt
Pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Whisk the garlic, vinegar, salt, and pepper together until the salt is dissolved. Add the oil and basil and whisk until well blended.
